Mid-Hudson Valley collection area

This guide covers selected locations in Rockland, Orange, Dutchess and Ulster counties within the mapped service footprint. It is not a promise of service throughout those counties, all of the Hudson Valley or the entire state of New York. Westchester has its own guide.

  • Nyack
  • Newburgh
  • Beacon
  • Poughkeepsie
  • Kingston

This is a service-area guide. Collection is arranged through Green Nature’s team; the towns listed do not represent separate offices. Request service for commercial fryer oil, with the equipment, timing and any qualifying payment terms confirmed for your account.

Send the full location before planning a multi-town route

A restaurant group with a Nyack kitchen and another in Poughkeepsie should submit both service addresses at the start. Include each location’s oil estimate, opening hours and storage details. Town names alone do not show whether the proposed collection point fits a route.

For a Newburgh or Beacon business, say which property entrance reaches the oil. For a Kingston location, identify the specific building or unit if the address includes multiple tenants. The team reviews the actual site rather than promising one uniform schedule across several counties.

Give a seasonal or event kitchen a volume range

An inn, venue or restaurant whose frying changes around weekends or events should describe its ordinary and busiest periods. Provide the approximate oil held between collections, not just the number of covers served. Where storage is limited, ask how capacity and the proposed service interval will be reviewed together.

For a kitchen that closes for part of the year, agree on the closing procedure and who will control access afterward. Keep landlord approval, equipment responsibilities and contact details current. Pickup times are set by the service arrangement; the support line is not a promise of immediate rural or after-hours collection.

What to include in your service request

  • Provide the full address for every Hudson Valley kitchen.
  • Identify the building, unit and collection entrance.
  • Separate a normal-week estimate from event or seasonal peaks.
  • Confirm route fit before planning an equipment change or provider handoff.

Use the container planning guide to describe storage, and the proposal checklist to compare written terms. If you already have a collector, review the provider-switching guide before arranging the handoff.

Fryer oil collection and grease trap waste are separate services. Existing oil customers can ask about smaller-trap cleaning, subject to location, trap size and access review.
