Oil rebates & statements
Used cooking oil rebates & statements
For qualifying accounts, a statement follows every pump-out and rebate payments are made monthly, with monthly statement reconciliation.

Qualifying rebate terms start with your site
Used cooking oil rebates depend on the location, oil volume, collection needs and written service agreement. Our team reviews the service address, expected output, container and route access before proposing terms. Eligibility and the rate are specific to that agreement; there is no universal published rate or guaranteed rebate for every account.
The agreement should explain how collected oil is measured, the rate or calculation that applies, and the payment method. If output or access changes, ask how the terms will be reviewed. Keep a copy where the person handling your records can find it.
A practical statement check
For qualifying rebate accounts, each pump-out has a statement and rebate payments are made monthly. Match the month’s collected quantities and agreed rates with the payment, then ask about any difference.
Match visits to records
Match each collection date and service address to the pickup record. For a group, separate locations with similar names before totaling quantities; one store’s pickup should not appear on another store’s statement.
Trace the calculation
Compare recorded quantity, agreed measurement unit and rate, adjustments and total on each pump-out statement with the written terms and monthly reconciliation.
Resolve discrepancies
Keep the disputed line, pickup evidence and question together. Contact our team with the service address and collection date for a review.
The service process
From written terms to monthly reconciliation
- 01
Confirm written terms
Share your location and oil output; review rebate eligibility, measurement and rate in the written agreement.
- 02
Review every pump-out
A statement follows each pump-out so the location and collected quantity can be checked while the visit is fresh.
- 03
Reconcile monthly
For qualifying rebate accounts, compare the month’s statements with the monthly rebate payment and contact us about differences.

A statement after every pump-out
Green Nature provides a statement after each pump-out. Check the service location, collection date and recorded quantity against your pickup record. For a qualifying rebate account, use the agreed measurement and rate to understand the amount shown for that visit.
If a line includes an adjustment, compare its explanation with the written terms. Save each statement so a manager can trace the month from individual collections through the monthly reconciliation.
- Match the location and collection date to your site log.
- Check quantity and measurement unit against the agreement.
- Review the agreed rate, any adjustment and the resulting total.
Monthly rebates and reconciliation
Qualifying rebate accounts receive rebate payments monthly. Reconcile the monthly statement against the pump-out statements for that period: each collection should appear once under the right location, and the quantities, rates, adjustments and total should explain the payment. Your written agreement controls eligibility, rate and payment method.
For multi-location groups, reconcile one service address at a time before combining totals. If a collection, quantity, adjustment or payment does not match, keep the relevant statements and contact our team with the location and date.
For a qualifying rebate account, keep each pump-out statement and compare it with the monthly reconciliation and payment. Contact our team with the location and disputed collection date if a line needs review.
