Rebates & statements
Green Nature provides a statement after every pump-out. Qualifying rebate accounts receive monthly payments and can reconcile statements each month. Eligibility, rate and payment method follow your written agreement.
How rebates & statements workFor restaurants and commercial kitchens
Restaurant grease pickup usually means collecting the used cooking oil left in commercial fryers, sometimes called fryer oil or yellow grease. Green Nature plans collection of that oil from commercial kitchens: staff cool it under the kitchen's handling procedure, place it in the agreed container, and the crew collects it on the arranged route. This service does not cover motor oil. Trap waste is kept separate from used cooking oil; existing oil collection customers can ask about smaller-trap cleaning, subject to location, size and access review.
Pickup frequency is specific to the site. It depends on oil output, container capacity, collection access, and the available local route. An independent restaurant, pizzeria, or group with several kitchens may need different storage points and collection rhythms. If events or seasonal business increase output, tell the team so capacity and timing can be reviewed before the container fills.
To discuss service, bring the exact address, fryer count, approximate weekly oil output, proposed storage spot, and gate or dock instructions. If you have a provider, check container ownership and the end date of your agreement. The team can confirm coverage and discuss equipment, collection, and any qualifying oil payment in a written proposal for your site.

Commercial kitchens
An independent restaurant and a quick-service chain may use similar fryers yet produce different oil volumes. Container capacity and pickup frequency depend on output, available space, and the local route.
We also plan for hotel banquets, markets, schools, healthcare and senior living dining, and event kitchens. At each site we discuss how staff move cooled oil, who approves container access, and when shifts or demand change. Food trucks need a fixed, accessible storage point such as an approved commissary. For shared sites, identify who can approve equipment placement and the dock or gate hours before agreeing on collection.

Compliance, sustainability & ESG
We help commercial kitchens manage used cooking oil safely and responsibly. Collected fryer oil is diverted from the waste stream for beneficial reuse, while consistent service records can support environmental and ESG initiatives.
